Dear Manager,

This is Rahul Prasad from Mumbai, On 2nd August (Sunday) I had received a call from Living Media. I had been offered a Trip to anywhere in India with 3 persons where Living Media offered Return trip flight tickets for 3 persons + Lodging for 3 days and 2 Nights + Lunch and Dinner. And the excecutive asked pay Rs. 2598/- by your IVR system. I had been told that an email will be sent to me with confirmation. And another email will be sent with Login information.

Unfortunately, I had reffered my friend Mr. Neeraj to avail this offer and he also paid the same amount using the same credit card (in my name RAHUL PRASAD).

Till today both o[censored]s have not received any information on email. Request you to look into it. If it is related to any cheat then I will have to lodge a complain in Cyber Crime branch.

[protected]@hotmail.com is my email id registered with Living Media. I tried calling on the customer care number but unfortunately nobody received call on[protected].


Please revert without delay else I will have to take necessary action,

living media — sending the other product instead of said once

i am mailing from hyderabad and this book club is totally fraud company because i have ordered 26' samsung LCD by purchase made of 17699 as an offer but the actual price of that is around 27000 but instead of 26' they have sended 22' LCD of samsung and the actual cost of that is 13500 and by this i can say and i make a humble request to every one to go through every details and if possible try to avoid this type of advertisements

I recieved a call from a person who claimed to be calling from “living media company(India today group)” .they told me that I have won a gold box worth 1.1 lacs. To claim this prize I’ll have to buy one of their product(price 14000 to 28000). They were asking me to make payment only by credit/debit card. I just wanted to confirm it from yr office. If this kind of scheme does not exist, pls take some action against it their telephone no is:[protected].i feel , being a responsible group, you will not allow someone to steal money on your name.

living media — Products not delivered

I had ordered some Diamonds, Samsung LCD Tv. and a few other things that were on offer through my Credit Card on the 28th of last month. The delivery address for the products was: Arindam Shahi, Q-458, 4th Floor, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector-21, Noida - 201 301. Uttar Pradesh. The said products were to be dispatched from Delhi. I fail to understand why it is taking such a long time as it is already more than 10 days today. My Booking ID Nos. are : 1.[protected], Value- Rs. 43,990/-

I had paid RS.1248/- through my credit card to Living Media India Ltd(India Today Mumbai) on 27/10/2012 for the supply of a publication(book and a CD). My Transaction ID is: 043344 through the HDFC credit . I regret to inform that to this day I have not received the book and the CD or any communication from the India Today Groups( Living Media India Ltd.). I request the company to to either supply the book and the Cd or refund the amount of Rs.1248/- plus interest as on today.
