My name is Miroslava Stratená, and I am from Slovakia. I came to the Loyds bank last year to make my first bank account. The gentleman in the Office who made the account for me, made the silver account, and also put on it some insurance for my mobile phone. The phone was never registreted, because i never had phone for contract, and i didnt know there some insurance was exist. He doesnt explain to me there will be charges 7, 95 a month, and if he did, it wasnt explain properly, because when i asked for bank account my sallary was 400 pound a month...so i wont be asking for any insurace if you can realized.So even i didnot know what i was signing, i didnot get the insurance, because i never had my phone registred.My english was very bed, and also now is not properly. I know this is not excuce, but the excuse is your bank must be fair to the customer which came from abroad to try learn language and help them.So i am trying to tell you i was signing for somethink i missed understand and also never want and never get it. There was a lot of charges every month 7, 95a month. And i dont have a job long time, how you can see in my bank account there is not many long time.And now i have to pay untill 2 of november 75 pounds and again on a date 2 of december. So I would like you to stop charges and counsel the ammount 150 pounds. I allready change my silver account, because i realized this is not normal account for beginer in England too late.If you can understand to me, I ll be very happy to continue with my account in your bank. If there is any chance to help me, because i am still looking for a job and also i try to stady next mounth, that be so kind and nice from you, because i am just foreingner and my language is not properly.
