[Resolved] Louis Quartz — Duplicate Louis Quartz Watch | |
The louis Quartz product code o001 (AVA Merchandising) received by me is a duplicate product. There is no serial no. or a warranty card available for the same. Brief : Had received a Sodexo gift voucher of Rs1000. There was scratch & win offer from AVA Merchandising in the same. The louis Quartz as mentioned in the scratch card was ordered by me in last week of October 2008 after paying Rs 500 from credit card as delivery charges. After several follow up I had received the watch almost after three months. Post receiving the product didn't seem to be worth of Rs3900 as mentioned in the voucher. There is still follow up being done with AVA for serial no & warranty card but there seems to be no response from them. Also after seeing several complaints of the same product, I feel the product to be a duplicate one. There has been financial loss in ordering the product & mental stress for following up with AVA to receive the product. Request you to kindly look into the issue. Dear sir/madam,
I got Louis watch through my friend's Citi bank credit card offer from AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi on April 2008. I am also having international guarantee card of 1 year for this wrist watch. That card does not contain any serial no. of watch, date of sale and service center.and also it does not have any email id or website or any contact number. I think it is better not to buy anything through this type of offer.I am putting this complaint for other people awareness.
Please give me suggestion, what should I do now.

Louis Quartz Watch — The watch stops also loses a lot of time
I won the watch (Scrath card winner) after on a Jetlite filght from Mumbai to Delhi on 23/08/08 and paid 500Rs for it. The airport staff told me that it was a genuine Louis watch and I should not experince any problems. I have yet to use the watch but not able to because it keeps on losing a lot of time (hours in fact). It has a 12 month international guarantee but no addrees to send the watch to when there is a problem . Louis Quartz Watch — Imitation watch
I got this watch on a Jet Lite flight on one of thier deals(Scratch).Supposedly a Rs 3990 item for a processing fee of Rs 500.There is no model no or serial no .I see others also have been taken for a similar ride.Have you been able to bring this to Jet lite or Louis Quartz notice?How does one prevent such fake deals on an Air liner which is supposed to be the best in the country(Jet Airways).This must be made known to Sri Naresh Aggrawal Chairman of the Air line. I also got a Lewis Quarts watch through Jet Lite on 15th september. I paid Rs 500 as tax. Can any one give me more details of the watch and the watch maker? Is it an Indian comapany or foreign company? Is there any website for the watch company?
These watches are original duplicates and does not have any service center. Similar watch can cost you Rs. 200-300 in Chandani Chowk. You can buy Omaga/Rado watches at Rs. 500

Louis Quartz Watch — damaged product
Dear sir/madam,when I receive my pruduct that is manufacuring damage i give my request within 10 minutes from receive of coriour. After then i have call 4 times to ur customer care, and all times speak withen 5 days pickup the damage product and give u another watch. Still nothing happen atleast reach 30 days.

Louis Quartz Watch — inability to log on the directed web-site to redeem the gift
I have been provided a sodexo gift-pass book by m/s Macleods Pharma.I have been awarded a Louis Quartz watch by means of a scratch card in this pass-book.Even after following the instructions given on the back-side of the scratch-card, I am unable to lodge my claim for redeeming the gift. I have not received any warranty card from Let Lite Flight at Patna Airport. And does not contain any serial number at back of wrist watch.

I suspect this product is not a genuine.It will be useful if you kindly take necessary action to stop promoting dupilcate product and make the customer fool.
