Hey...
i got the Louis Quartz scratch card offer with my SBI credit card as well. I'm not sure how can somebody openly circulate such kind of leaflets and dupe people. I'm still not sure weather the watch will be original or duplicate but anyways i'm not gonna gamble my Rs. 590 for a product which is doubtful until someone gives me an assurance that it is genuine.
Hey Friends,

I received a scratch-card with my SBI Credit Card bill. I had won a LOUIS Quartz worth Rs. 3999/-.
I was just browsing to chek the authenticity of the product.
Would like to thank you for your efforts for posting the reviews.
Would not want to gamble for Rs. 590/- for such product.
Suggest if we culd take collective action against the merchandizer.
Iam very happy not to get cheated through the SBI card Scratch & Win scheme as I found the LQUIS QUARTZ WATCH-1053 offered may not be genuine. My thanks to the memebers who promtly posted there bad experience and advice not to get cheated this way. I do plan to send a complaint to SBI credit card to explain why knowingly getting involved in such sub standard product business. It is not a good consumer service expected from the Nationalised bank. The reasons may be involvement of business out sourceing which is part of globalisation and economic development with out socail development and concern.

I tried finding the model number advertised in the scratch card. Looks like this model is not even made by the original manufacturers. How can SBI advertise and promote something that is not legitimate. This is against their reputation.
I too got similar offer and when I scratched ... with no surprize I too got Louis Quartz watch worth 3999/- for mere 590/- as handling charges.

When I checked internet, the original louis quartz watches really cost around 5K+. And also found that lot of replicas / duplicates for as small as 250/- too.

By the way, is there any body got any thing other than 'Louis Quartz'?
Hi
i won throigh some scratch contest in jetlite airlines, when travelling from Bangalore to Delhi and i purchased three of these watches as three [censored]s were travelling. and i got cheated thrice. while i was sitting in airport for waiting for another connecting flight, i searched on louis quartz in google and i found all these complaints and went and asked the Jetlite counter about these. they said this is all baseless, some people like some prople do not, they were so roude, andthey were not ready to tell the model number, they mentioned these watches are made specifically for them so no model number etc, when i said i will retrun them they were not ready to take it...
i think this issue needs to brought to the attention of Jet airlines higher management and louis quartz if that company exist ...

these folks are cheating openly...
this is too much..
folks please beware of Jetlite and their bidding

Hi,
Today I have received a letter from ICICI credit card team that I ahve won this watch and have to pay Rs.590 towards handling charges.

What is the action taken on this? what is the consumer forum doing on this?
