I am from bathinda (pb)my consumer no m-16830.i go to the mann gas service for booking of gas cylinder, first they said to me give my voter card when i go to agency with voter card copy then said to me gave two photographs after that they refused for booking as i have recd my cylinder on 5 dec 2008 and this was made on 22 nov 2008. they have not booked my gas and told me to book cylinder after 22 dec 2008. as there is winter consumption of gas is more so pl guide me how i can receive the gas

LPG Gas — cylinder booking
i'm a LPG consumer (Customer no is 3016).with M/S Haryana Gas agency INDANE DISTIRIBUTORS CODE NO[protected] Whenever I use to telephone to book a cylinder the person usually do not pick up the phone. Only repeated calls make it accessible. Then there is reply your turn is tomorrow. Phone again and come in person to book it. i will book my cylinder on 27 dec they will told m e he will give me cylinder on 8 jan then today i will go to agencey to recive my cylinder they saidu r cylinder is not book please book again The person try to use the language so that the customer may not try again. Not only this they say if not satisfied then complain against us. The language is not rough but also rude one. I donot understand what to do.
Bharat Gas(GAS CYLENDER) — Late dellivery(After 2 months)
i hv booked a gas cylender on 12th jan 2010 in SALUJA GAS AGENCY PANIPAT whose booking no is 2925,2926,2927 n copy no is 10542,10543,10544 is not delliverd till now. earlier also i had faced these kind of problems many a times n sumtime they even refused 4 the dellivery. And also the field officers of this agency argues with us and always and also behave in a cheap manner..i had also given them the notice 4m court still there is no progress....
i request u to help me as soon as possible.....

gas cylinder — NO delivery of cylinder

LPG — Not booking gas
Hi,From two days I am trying to booking my gas cylinder on phone but the lady who picks the phone does not accept the request saying that I am already supplied with LPG pipeline.
But in reality my house is not provide the pipeline facility yet.
Therefore I request you to look into the matter.Also providing the name of Agency below:

Lpg Gas Cylinder — not providing gas cylinder
I vijay singh having consumer no 10394 has not get my gas cylinder since last 50 day after two times booking kindly do the require action. There is a complaint against the Bharat Gas i have booked a gas cylinder on dated 11/12/2011 and booking reference number is 15836643 and Gas agency is PRATAP JYOTI (AVANTIKA SECTOR 1 ROHINI) but this is to inform u that still waiting for the last so many days i did not get a cylinder and i have to eat the dinner outstide u tell me whats the rule for that
The agency is not providing the refill delivery in time since last more than one year. As per rules, we cannot book the refill before 21 days of last delivery. Most often the agency workers do not response on the telephone nos. [protected] which is just kept ringing on, i think, on silent mode. In this procedure of refill booking a period of more than 5-7 days gets spend. After booking the refill, i am assured the delivery of refill within 4-5 days but the gas is not delivered for more than a month even on reminding regularly. Each time we contact the agency workers on telephone, they assure that the gas will be delivered the same day but the gas is not delivered for more than a month of booking the refill. In this procedure, a refill takes more than 2 months time from last delivery. In my view, the agency is involved in the black marketing of the gas therefore, not delivering the refill in time.
It is requested to go into the matter take the necessary action please.
why they delay in delivery and kindly take a strict action against this

They have also seemingly 'ENGAGED' a few clandestine "AGENTS & SUB-AGENTS" in other places,
violeting all norms of safety/security/hazards.
M/S. HALDER BROTHERS of MIRZAPUR BANKIPUR, despite trying "BOOKING" for me (Consumer No: BID-4058 under that Distributor)for couple of weeks, even after accepting "CASH-VALUE" of the proposed Cyllinder, failed to do so.
PLEASE ENQUIRE OVER THE MATTER SERIOUSLYto desist me from taking up the matter, at still higher level, with the Ministry of Petroleum.
