The so called sine wave inverter of Luminous that I purchased in December 2008 has failed to give me power back-up. Team that up with non-caring customer care staff at Luminous and you have a life cursing product at your home. The number of calls I made to their customer care can equal the cost of the product itself. My advice to the world - dont go for this product as you will have to repent. Their Engineer who oblisged me by coming after a month of lodging complaint said it is a manufacturing fault. I have not heard from the company ever since.
