I was an ex employee of MAFOI MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS LTD , and was posted on deputation in SBI Life Insurance Co Ltd from 23/11/2005 to 25/05/2006. I got my relieving letter on 25/05/2006 was relieved from duties from MAFOI MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS LTD. I filed my application for Pf withdrawl to Mafoi Chandigarh office which was further forwarded to their gurgaon office Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd.Bulding No. 9, Tower A,2nd Floor,DLF Cyber City,Phase– III, Gurgaon - 122002 by chandigarh office. But till date i have not recieved my pf ammount . for submission of my

1) Photo ID Proof (like pain card, DL, voter ID card, passport)
2) One address proof,
3) Bank statement last six month ( SBI A/C #[protected])

Which i had already forwarded many a times before also. These documents have been submitted by me thrice since now. The last of them were sent during March 2010 and Mr Nandan Confirmed me telephonically on reciept of that. But so far my claims remains unsettled and i have not been informed about current status of the same


i request u to kindly look into the matter and get the claim settled asap
