The first problem is of Billing Unit list.This list is always populated half.I have to select 4642 but that never comes in the list.Sometimes list stops at Billing Unit series 2xxx and after refreshing stops at 410x.Website Architecture is very poor for handling Loads of request and fetching Billing Unit List from Database.
It is a shameful performace, in todays era where most of the online activities are easily handled even through mobile.
I paid the bill online and speed of website is ok. but the bill amount after transaction shown greater than actual bill amount. My bill was Rs. 900 and to pay this i proceed, but in the final trasaction report it was mentioned as Rs. 922.50!!! Is any one please tell me why the bill amount get increased?? Instead of encouraging us for online payment, these people are disappointing us :(
I fully with the complainant. For the last one month i could not access on line bill payment page.
Earlier it was working perfectly. I don't know why concerned officials in MSEB are not bothered to rectify the system. it is requested to get it restored immediately.
I am not getting printed bill because these bills are kept in my village at different places. And it becomes more difficult to find my bill, it takes three hours to search the bill. I do not have credit/debit card to pay bill online. Therefore I want a PDF copy of my regular electricity bill for the month of April 2013; so that I can pay the bill offline before due date.
sir, a transaction has been made tomorrow at nearly 3.30 pm vide transaction id.no.575171 through my credit card for Rs.43400/-, which is fraud. I request you to please refund the said amount to icici bank. The person or company made trasection, should be brought to the notice of police.The has already been brought to the notice of suryanagar, distt, gaziabad u.p.police station.
