[Resolved] Mahindra Bolero — not delivered in time | |||
Sir, I am Sawaranjit kaur W/o Capt. Kirpal singh Randhawa, resident of 60 New Officer colony ,Patiala . I had planned to buy a Mahindra Bolero SLX, so I booked it on 5th January at Authorized dealer Raj vehicles, Rajpura road, Patiala with amount 40,000. They committed to give the delivery by 5th February but they didn't do so. Then I cancelled my booking and took my amount back. Later I booked the bolero at Swami Automobiles pvt. ltd. Chandigarh with full amount, i.e. 6,30,000 on dated, 8th February,2011. Swami Automobiles committed with me to deliver the car within 4 or 5 days. But till date, i.e. 27th February, i haven't received the delivery. I request you to help me in any possible way and take serious actions against this. Sir, I am vijay kumar goel, resident 3735/2 samania gate patiala . i have a complain about the service of RAJ VEHICALS in patiala . they donot attend the customer properly, & they donot satifised the customer, i had gone many times for just a single complain of a "sound" coming from the car every time they say its ok'when i took away the car on road then the problem occours again & again. I am very angry about the service of this service centre in patial. thank you.
