[Resolved]  Mahindra Finance — request for NOC

Hi Sir/madam,
I have taken the loan for Mahindra MAXI TRUCK on the date of 10/11/2008 by using ur FINANCE.I am paying the my EMI regularly but recntly ur officer are catching my vehicale due to the reason for pending of my payment due to that i had face lots of problem and economical and finacial losses so plz give me the proper solution other wize i want to take an action on u in cunsumer court.

Dear Sir,

I have lost my NOC received earlier, I have car details but no loan details can you please reissue the NOC.
As it was on my fathers name and he is no more.
When I visited your outlet in Solapur they are asking Rs4000 for the same and 1.5 months of time.
Can you please help in this regard.
The RC needs to be transferred to Mothers name and she is visiting RTO and mahindra finance office very frequently but no one is helping.

Mahindra finance is not responding to the email as well.

I have taken the loan for Maruthi Suzuki swift dzire tour on the date of 23/12/2019 by using ur FINANCE.I am paying the my EMI regularly. And i have applied loan from another bank and they are ready to approve my request but they are asking NOC from ur finance, and ur officer are telling me NOC is for once ur agreement completed then only we will raise it otherwise we haven't authorised for issue NOC. But the bank manager is asking just as it is mention in the NOC whatever it maybe in present situation of previous loan. And they are no worry to give loan to me but they need NOC so plz give me the NOC
