Mahindra Holidays — Non refund

I was lured to take a membership of club mahindra holidays. I sent in a request for cancellation of that membership in February 2009. (during the cool off period of 10 days). I was assured that the refund will be made within a month's time.
After many callings I received a Email from the club Mahindra that money will be released in June. But nothing happened.

After calling so many times I again received an Email that it will be refunded before August 10. Again nothing happened. Second Email:

Again after so many calls I have got an oral promise that company has deffered the payment for October 2009 and I should wait for it. Also company is not paying any intrest or late payment panelty.

Mahindra Holidays has lured by making phone call that I have won a prize in a draw, which is faals as no draw was conducted. Ahain they give me a list of destinations which include Jaipur. But when I asked for reservation I was told that it is not possible and Jaipur is withdrawn from the list. Any way due to so many conditions it is not possible to use their gift coupan.

Again it is printed in terms and at the time of signing the membership form it was clearly said that in case you cancel the membership refund will be made within a month's time. Which has proved false promise.

Again money is paid to them through credit card. If they are not able to pay the money on time Mahindra Holidays must pay it with panelty and intrest as levied on late payment of credit card.
