[Resolved]  Mahindra Holidays — non refund of fees / bad service

I have recently taken a Mahindra Holidays membership and my membership number is 2481321
I have paid the initial payment and 3 instalments (23400 + 22425 + 22425 + 22425 = 90675)
Recently I called the call center to ask about my RCI card which I haven’t yet received and the 6500 cash back I was promised. The call center is absolutely inaccessible where you keep holding on to the IVR for a long time. The IVR plays a message which advices clients to message CAL:L to 5706050 to receive a call in 4 hours. I sent 4 such messages on different occasions but never received a call.
Finally when I sent a mail I received a call from a Chennai number but after 2 tries (I couldn’t take the call as I was in a meet) I promptly received a mail stating I was not contactable and should call the call center.
If this is the state of affairs when I haven’t even enjoyed a holiday I can’t imagine what the real scene is … and so I decided to discontinue my membership .. and now I am told that I will not get my money back. They can charge me a cancellation fee but not retain 90675 entirely.
That is day light robbery .. I would want you to take action against such a company ..
