[Resolved]  Mahindra Scorpio Automatic — POOR Service

I am writing with a very heavy heart since this is the 3rd such experience with the service of our vehicle. We are owning a Scorpio Automatic RJ14 UC 0336 purchased by your dealer Auto World, Jaipur. We purchased this vehicle and believe me the vehicle is top of the line - technical and performance wise no one to beat BUT the service experience can even be beaten by any road side mechanic or even he will take better care of the vehicle.

I am also aproud owner of Matuti Swift and believe me when they deliver the vehicle after service - its almost like new. And for the past 4 years the experience it is 10/10 in any way ratings.

Coming to point my 2nd paid service - the vehicle came back being more dirty then we handle. I called up the GM Service Mr. Raghuveer [protected], to my surprise he did not even know the status of my vehicle and his excuse - construction is going on so your vehicle must have been damaged. My service points which i had give in writing was not taken up - neither did i receive any call from the workshop as to what they were doing. I called up the showroom manager but for the same response.

I am really happy to own a performing vehicle like Scorpio but real sad to see the pathetic response from the company and the dealership both on the service standards.

I am clueless on what to do now and since this experience has been repeated 3rd time. Can I afford to change this vehicle so soon within a year of its (so-called proud) purchase is a question i have being asking myself..

We maintain our vehicles like our children - so you can very well see that how it has taken my sleep away.

I am really clueless. Yesterday it was all over the media how Mahindra has launched an new vehicle which is the SUV of Maruti (i.e. segment wise) BUT I believe it should have a tag SUV of Moped Service Segment.
