[Resolved] Make My Trip — confirm ticket cancelled without notice | |||
we have booked the ticket on feb 19,2013 from bangalore to jaipur indigo flight from make my trip travel on 26th April for 4 persons . Our amount was deducted(from there agent portal) and we were issued a confirm ticket with pnr number. but now they are saying that we have not booked and they shall refund the amount charged on 19th feb. now the price of the ticket is more than double. why are we responsible for there error. i have below copied the ticket which was send to me. Make My Trip — Cancellation without Notification
Make my trip cancelled my travel tickets without me requesting them.They have made the cancellation when I never even requested them.
Its so unprofessional that when I have to travel, I realie my tickets are cancelled.
I am sure Yatra provides much better and authentic service when it comes to travel booking

Makemytrip/ bookinf of air tickets through travel agent makemytrip — Cancellation of my air ticket without my knowledge
I had book my air ticket from Makemytrip i called them on the toll free number on 20th and book to fly to Chennai on 24th morning 11.05 by Paramount. I planed as per schedule and reached the air port to board the plane and on the ticket varification counter i found the ticket was cancelled without my knowledge and i was told i cant travel. I have attached the copy below from makemytrip. I called up the call center and below is the detail invoice sent to me by makemytrip. I want to sue the company for the tension caused.Dear Mr. John,
