My address - R Agrawal, Saraf Chambers, 5th Floor, Sadar, Nagpur - 440 001
From the last 3 months I am receiving bills as locked, whereas the meter room on the 5th Floor is always open. There is some mischief on the part of your meter reading personnel who is giving false information with some malafide intentions to your billing department due to which I am getting average bill and with a photograph that the meter room is locked.

Hence I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
