I am also victim of Mansani. All the positive posts are from the company itself. If anyone really interested to buy a house from Mansani then please kindly visit their all ventures and talk to real customers. You will understand the pain and mental agony of the customers. I am posting this review to help others and i don't want any other family has to face the terrible mental agony what we are facing today. Buying a house is a life time dream for many people. If you invest in Mansani means you are investing to suffer a lot for the rest of the life. Few genuine points i want to make about this fraudulent company. First of all they don’t have a commitment and respect to customers. Yes..They will speak to you very sweetly when you approach to buy a house. Once you start handling over money, then they will show you hell. Most of their ventures are litigant. All their ventures are facing land disputes. They are busy in settling all these issues. They don't have time to start or complete the constructions. All their venture lands are not belonging to them.
They will give good advisement to cheat the Customers, their main focus is lower middle class people, don’t pay single rupee without checking land documents and site. Before paying advance visit all Mansani Constructions sites at least Bandlaguda & Hayathnagar &Kuntloor& Nagole. You will scare after listening who brought Plots from Manasani

The positive replies above are just from Manasani employees who are the worst nature, cheaters, slay and cunning people, mainly Manager Nagesh ([protected], [protected]), Mahipal Reddy ([protected]), Praneetha ([protected]), and Krishna Kishore. Their phone numbers are[protected], [protected]. Please do not buy house at this people.
We paid $40 lakhs in 2014 for a double bed room independent house at Thirumala meadows Boduppal. They initially said construction and registration will be done and handover the house by Nov. 2014 (Diwali), after that it postponed to Mar, 2015, and they passed all 2015 without registration. Still my house is half done, and I loss mental peace and my money. I am paying rent outside, and also paying interest to the money I borrowed for this. It is nearly three years, whenever I ask they say registraion will be done in two months, construction is just 5% left over, but actual picture is the same how was two years ago. I am not sure when they will complete the registration, and house construction. They built the basic structure of house, that is it. They invested or used all the money for other purposes. These are the cunning, worst business people from Kurnool district.
If you ask they say they are from MBNR district, If you say you are from Warangal-then they say he is from Warangal, If you say you are from Rayalaseema-then they say Iam from Kurnool. I urge Govt. should take some action and put these cheating business in jail.
I do not recommend these people at all, and I my self feel very ugly and bad for my committed payment, now it is impossible to step back from them. I neither get my money from them nor house.

Manasani Constructions is one fraud company. They keep on changing their names just to cheat innocent people like me. Thirumala meadows is another of their company, and also Vedkiran infra (Nalla Sudhakar and family) also their company. All of these people are Kurnool cheaters. Telangana Govt. should take action on these cheaters.

All of the Manasani residents at Uppal-Chilka Nagar are fully cheated now. Now GHMC issued notices to all the residents to vacate the houses since Manasani has not paid the mutation fees (this is Industrial land, they are selling plots without mutating it to resident land). All the residents went to Manasani office in Karmanghat they replied reckless said company was sold to some body, we are not responsible for anything now.
Now all the residents are thinking to approach Court to help in this issue. Many of the plots are still not registered but they already collected house fees.
