[Resolved]  MARUTI 800 AC — Poor quality of service and maintenance

I gave my maruti - 800AC car on[protected] for yearly maintenance and servicing at Shruti Motors Shimoga, Karnataka an authorized service agents of Maruti Suzuki Ltd., I had clearly mentioned about the reverse horn malfunctioning to the supervisor Sri. C Manjunath, who also recorded the same in the trouble sheet. The car given back on the next day i.e., on[protected] after naintenance and servicing, they charged me totally Rs4110/-. To my dismay the next day, while taking my car in reverse direction, I found they have not attended the trouble at all. I felt cheated by this authorized Maruti Service agency. I stay in the Bhadravathi town which is nearly 20Kms away from this showroom, We go only to the authorized service agency only with the intension of getting quality services., May kindly advise the Shruti Motors Shimoga to immediately send their service personnel to Bhadravathi and rectify the said trouble.

Maruti 800 — servicing related

ester day My car was taken to Sai Services, Edappally for servicing and they told that 20000 km is one major servicing point and every thing has to replace. I argued that there is no complaints for my car except it indicates some minor issues. But they give an estimate of huge amount. I can understand the charge for Oil changing Rs. 400/-, But for oil additives another 400/- . Is additives are equal cost as oil? Similiarly, parts are changed without my prior permission.
In short I feel that most of the services they are doing are unnecessary and without my consent.

Maruti 800 — SERVICE COMPLAINT

I GOT SERVICED MY 800 CC CAR BEARING REG. NO:HR-29 J3278, AT VIPUL MOTORS ON 29/09/08 VIDE THEIR JOB CARD INVOICE NO:BR08000580. BEFORE SERVICE THE CAR WAS IN A VERY GOOD CANITION WHICH WAS MAINTAINED BY BATRA AUTO.UNFORTUNATLY I HAPPEN TO GO TO VIPUL MOTORS FOR SERVICING, THOUGH THEY CARRY A BAD NAME IN CUSTERMER SATISFACTION AFTER M/S. ALPHA AUTO,
I am cotinously following Vipul Motors but they take my Mobile no and do not reply.I paid Rs.10540.

Maruthi 800 — A/C

I would like to inform you that i bought a maruthi 800a/c (16/12/2005 ) from your kerala delar "Indus motors" palakkad. i am facing a problam when i bought the vechile that if i switch on a/c the outside smell and dust comming inside(shetter close). lot of time i complient the indus motors, but they did'ntrectify the problem, they told me to go eranakulam branch. it is very far for me, but i went there . still i am facing the problem. plese take seriouslymy matter and solve my problem. I fedup this matter. please reply me as early as possible. best regards...

MARUTI 800 AC — Poor Service

Dear Maruthi Udyog Ltd.

I am one of your customer, planning to buy one more Maruthi Product, but seeing the poor performance of your service centre, really i have to think again for buying the Maruthi Product.

I am one of the regular cutomer of Maruthi Service Masters, which has work shop at Ekattuthangal. Normally i use to give my car for service once in 5000 kms, today (4th March 2010) i have given for service, to my surprise they informed that the service cost will be around 7000 rupees, since it is 40000 kms service, their break up seems to be absurd so i have asked them to do only general service, but they have damaged my front door and cooly informing that they will repair and give it to me. this is not the first time i have given it to them during 30000 kms, they have damaged my back door and silently given it to me, after complining to Maruthi again they have accepted but not rectified the mistake, after some time i forgot and again given the car for service during 36000 kms, the next day of service the timing belt got cut and i was in road for almost 3 hours, afterwards they came and rectified and charged me Rs 850/- i lost whole day, it costs me Rs 5000/- where to claim?????????

Kindly do the following ?

1. Kindly ask them to rectify the damage caused by them without claiming insurance.
2. Kindly ensure the workers are whether qualified for doing the service, i hope the main strength of Maruthi is good service and more number of service station, if this continues Image of Maruthi may go down.
3.Though service is also a business, kindly ensure whether the consumers are getting proper service for the amount they are paying.

I am attaching herewith the photos of my car damaged by the Service Masters, I hope they should change the name to charging masters or damaging masters instead of Service Masters.

sir ye service center bahut hi bogas hai staff me kewal 2 log hai custumer se thek se koe bat nahi karta hai.kewal center owner ki hi 7-8 gadi hai jinki dekh bhal aur service me hi service center chalta hai jis se maruti ki emege bahut kharab ho rahi hai.Aap iski cheking kara kar sakht karyawahi kare*Thankyou
