Maruti 800 — SERVICE FAILURE from MITHRA AGENCIES, HYDERABAD

This is to inform you that, I SVV Sanjeeva Kumar belongs to Maruti 800 Car No.AP21 E4006, approached to MITHRA Agencies, Madhapur, Hyderabad Contact Phone.+[protected] Car Service center on 6th July 2009. Actual condition of car was good working condition but I could make it to general check as I planned for 300 KMs trip on 7th July 2009.

Mr Chandra Sekhar of Mithra Agencies supervisor attempted car and recommended for 9 point check and prepared job order for Rs.1100/-.

Mithra Agencies, ID:[protected], Cash Memo No: BC09001658, Dt.6 July 2009, job Card No: JC09002462, Reg.No:AP21 E4006, SA Name: M Chandra Sekhar.

On the same day by 4.00PM vehicle has been delivered by assuring vehicle is in good condition. Next I Travelled to my home town after two hours journey vehicle has got big sound from the engine. When I checked the Engine oil there was no drop of oil in the engine. Immediately I stopped the car and toe it with rented car brought back to the same MITHRA Agencies Service Center. Mr Chandra Sekhar supervisor attended again and checked by lifting the vehicle to clarify any leakage from the engine bottom. But there was no leakage in the bottom. It is very unfortunate to me going to the unprofessional Service center like MITHRA. They insisted that, I should change Half Engine to recondition the same. Estimated cost is around Rs.25, 000/-.

Customer will be all ways dependent over the service centers just by believing them. How come this error arise if they properly check and guide the customer. It is not a Question of Money ...It is a faith and belief over the cultured society to lead life forward. How do you help me. Now I am helpless at this moment.

I too have the same experience. Actually Maruti Management should review about the Authorized Dealerships. Especially in Metros they are not at all maintaining minimum ethics towards customer complaints. Many times I found vague response towards complaint. Their intension is just to make minimum Rs.1000/- bill for every general servicing. On whole these service centers will spoil the reputation of MARUTI Brand and develop frustration to customers.
