[Resolved]  Maruti Alto — Bad car provided and irresponsible dealor responce

Hi,
I recently purchased an Alto LXI model from TCS automobiles. Rohit was the concerned dealer who delat in it. The very next day i figured out that the doors behind were not closing properly and the car was make an unusual noise. I compliant abt it but there was no one litening to it. The next day ther were two service men who turned up but they asled me to visit the wrkshop.. While visiting the wrkshop i stopped at a petrol pump for refuelling my tank and there i figured out that the ture was puncture. To add to my sorrows the punture wala told me that the tube is bad and needs to be replaced by a new one. I told him that its a brand new car and its highly impossible for a new tube to be bad but he told me its a faulty tube...
I complaint abt this to the dealor but he told me he cannot do anything and for the noise which i was receivng i need to go to the wrkshop. I asked for replacement but they told me its not possible.
Its been a week now and now no one is ready to help me out and the dealor (Rohit) is not picking up the phone.
Its highly dissappointing and rediculous to see the dealor dealing like this to the customer.

I would like to take a legal step now and lodge a case against the dealor for providing me a faulty car...
