i am th owner of swift vxi model HR 06 Q5582. i took my car accidental claim 2 weeks back. that was the ridiculous experience by the service offered by maruti service station HARISON AUTOMOBILE(PANIPAT) there is no person who is willing to take responsibility of all trouble they offer me. i took my another accidental claim 1 week later on 25th june and scheduled date for returning my vehicle is on 30th june. when i went there today i found my car full of scratches and dents on my car and when i asked them about this they started blaming me only. one cannot expect such sort of dealing from maruti service station

Sir I have booked Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI color White on 27th of july 2008,
I wish to let you know that I am an extremely religious who believe in dates given to me by religious preachers, as I recommended that I can pick my car on 6th of july 2008, at that time I check the availability and booked my car through Rs 50, 000/-
Now today on 6th aug when I came to let it owned I am being told that my booked car has been sold last evening at higher price.
Dear sir I was forced to purchase Accessories worth Rs 20, 000/- which is a mandatory rule in Maruti. Even I was asked to book my car for Cash 100, 000/- FOR all these Said rules I was agreed because I need to pick my car this day only.

sir we have purchase a new car swift lxi model on 3 sep 2006 from kp auto motives . in my car we feel earthing but not teken action by your servicing dealers . they reply this problem is every swift and not taken action seriously .if that is true then please change our car in to wagonr .we are fed up from this problem .please taken action within 3 days

I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT AT NO POINT I WAS SATISFIED BY THE SERVICE OFFERED BY THEM.AS THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE ASSURED ACCESSORIES (WHEEL COVER & SHEET COVERS ETC) .I HAVE CONTACTED THEM SO MANY TIMES FOR THE REQUIRED ACCESSORIES, BUT THE CONCERNED PERSON MR.SUDHEER SHUKLA DENIED US TO PROVIDE ANY ACCESSORIES. i m alok bhadu i owned a maruti zen 2005 from hisar automobile - hisar haryana and by the time i got my car fully insured from maruti insurence [cash less] agent present in the showroom and after some months my car got damage and went hisar automobile for the claim and i got it repaired then next year again i got my car insured from there only . after the expiry of that insurence i want to many maruit insurance agent for renew of my insurence with my old insurence papers than i got to know that my car was never insured by the company all the agents told me the same thing then i got to the hisar automobile and asked to renew the insurence this time the agent was not same he said this is not done by our agency even there was hisar automobile stamp and signature of the generalmanager so please solve this problem of mine what should i do should i go to court and take a action aganist the company or the agent

According to me M/s United Auto Garage Hardwar is the best workshop in the world i should say.
i totally disagree towards your complaint because i am a regular customer of the workshop from the year 1991 and till now no complaint i hv seen dere.
this is totally a wrong complaint because since 1991 i have seen only satisfied customers.
nice tools and equipments and a big and trained staff in this workshop has made a good reputation for maruti.
