I had purchased a LDI swift from Goyal Motors.Shimla on 18/03/09 vide model R5413DIII LDI
Chassis no.416569.The car is serviced at goyal motor Shimla every time but i got problem :
1, If car start after 4 days the car not start the battery of this vehicle not work. The goyal motor atend my
comlaint for three time & send electrician at my home & charged for this job.The position of the vehicle is same. it is very strange that the vechicle not start after 4 day.This is a personal car not a taxi.The goyal motor take no intrest to solve my problem
2.After first service the LHS friont wheel tyre is comletely finish (ganja) the goyal motors reply that your linement is disoder.when I service my car in maruti so its his duty to check the vehicle thoroughly.After that they linement the vehicle & charged for me while the vehicle is in gurntee piriod & all service is done

Kindly remove my problem otherwise I have to go in Consumer Court

maruti/swift ldi — no mileage
I have purchased a maruti swift ldi on17/09/2008 at popular vehicle and services ltd. kottayam branch. (en. no:1114080 and ch. no: 359318).All of my friends are useing the swift deasel. They told me that they had been getting around 20 to 22 km/ltr mileage.
That is why I was purchased this vehicle. but i am very unhappy because i have been getting 14 -15 km/ltr. mileage only.
I hvae been servicing my vehicle proprely . All of the service times I told the service advicers about the low mileage. but they couldn't clear the problam.
They told me that they have checked all thinks and no problam for the vehicle. But they have no idea about the low mileage.
So I am not satisfied and very unhappy about my vehicle.
I request u to clear my problam as a customer. (Total running km. is 15017.) thanks.
