sir i am Mano from Chennai i booked mar'2112 swift Ldi from dealer Indus motors The dealer give me the booked form 4 month waiting period,but the people informed me on june'2012 car has moving from manufacturing place, i moved for loan , i took my loan on july'2012,at the time the ex-showroom price was increased around 15 k ,after i received my rd original my car was model April' 2012,but all RC was only RTO tax paying and model same month ,but my car only april'2012 model and RTO tax paid july'2012,i asked the dealer no response,then i send complaint to Maruti @ [protected]@maruti.com but till no response,and i given the oral complaint to Maruti staff Mr.Patnayak his mobile no was [protected] but no action taken against Indus motor kindly nobody book the car from Indus motor Chennai,this is my kindly request. regds manoharan.k. chennai. Maruti — Cheating Done With Me by the Dealer
Dear Sir,I would like to inform that I was having a Zen LXI of 2000 model but this year in the month I planned to change it by exchanging Zen so for the same i talked to the authorities of Competent Motors Canaught Place, Delhi and they said that the car Zen will be sold for Rs. 80000 but on March 31 when i reached Delhi they said that they will give me only Rs. 30000 for my car and after a lot of negotiation in may requests it was maid Rs. 35000 and a lot of problem occurred. in this whole process when i reached delhi they immediately took the DD for the new car and got the new car billed in my name and at last also said that i[censored] want to sell the Zen u can or u can take it back. I have filed Several complaints with maruti but no action has been taken for it.
I request you to kindly look into the same complaint and kindly take some immediate actions in it.
