[Resolved] Maruti Swift VXI — Full money paid but no car | |||
I have booked a Swift Vxi from Neyyattinkara Indus motors branch on 24th July 2010. I was promised that I will be getting the vehicle by 5th of August eventhough the company promised period is 3months. After around one month 29th of Aug I got a call from executive(Saju [protected]) telling me that I have to be in Trivandrum on 8th Aug to get deliver the vehicle. After coming to TVM he told to pay the money and rest will be done in one day. On 13 th the executive told me the car is under service in the main branch(pattom) and I will get on 14th. When I went to main branch I was told my the executives over there that no swift has come to TVM district itself. Finally I got fooled by them. I have returned back to bangalore without any car on 15th. Despite of all these things the most embarassing or intolerable are the response from the executive. I tried to talk to him over phone may be more than 25 times. He never picks it or calls me back. Till today (17th Aug) I havent received a single call from Saju regading the booking status. I will share this experience to most of the people I can reach and will make sure they are not making bookings with Indus. Very Very poor customer care.
