[Resolved] Maruti Swift VXI — Delayed Delivery | |||
TO WHOOM IT MAY CONCERN This for your information I have booked Maruti SWIFT VXI on 08.05.2010 from your Authorised dealer Auto Hitech Pvt Ltd, 97A Southern Ave, Kol-29 vide Receipt No--31807 & as per your dealer I have handed over my old WAGON R (LX) to them on 30.05.2010 with all valid documents as they required & this is for your information too, no body was highlighted regarding this delay delivery as they have mentioned for SWIFT DESIRE. This is very unfortunate being user of brand like Maruti Suzuki for last 10 years, I am in dark for last one and half months, no body bothered to contact me from your end with specific reason for the delay delivery. I personally contact with the dealer(Mr. Samir Das & Mr Arunabha ) several times, but they are failed to lighi in the dark of the unfortunate & bonafide customer like me. This is really shame to you(Maruti Suzuki) to provide such care /service to the customer rather playing game with the customer's satifaction / centiment. As I personally contact Priyanka Ghosh--Territory Sales Manager over phone on 29.06.2010 & as she assured me that I will get reply from her end within 2 days, I will not think for any other alternative options as I am able to enjoy from the market from other brands. not think that in automobile sector--"MARUTI SUZUKI HAVE MONOPOLLY" I will be rather happy if you provide me the all contacts(Ph No, Email add etc) of your Chairman / MD thus this customer can highlight this harrasment to them, let them know whether they are liable to enjoy the logo "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR MOTO"?
