Kind Attn: The General Manager Sub: Comlaint against a surveyer Dear Sir, I am the proud owner of 1 SX4, 2 Esteems and 1 Zen car for my personal requirements. Recently I have suffered a major accident with my SX4 ZXI car and got in touch with a surveyer who took me for a ride and harrassed me completely for my genuine claim. I do not wish to be a victim of his tactics and would like to take the matter further. I tried to reach you several times but couldn't get through as your 1 phone remains busy and the other one does not work. sx4 — harresment

I purchased sx4 last year in september2010, its insurance is due in september 2011,for last one month i have started recieveing call from DSA asking me to renue the policy, they call me 2 to 3 times daily when i ask them not to disturb be as i have already done then they say we cnt do anything because we have the data of you and you will keep on recieving the call till your due date.
Kindly help me do i have done a mistake i bought maruti car?????
