To The Manger Maruti Udyog Limited Sub. : Less Petrol find after Repair. Sir I wish to inform you that I have purchased a New Brand Maruti 800 Car from your Maruti Showroom Compitent Autos situated at Hamirpur on dated[protected]. I had serviced my timely my car from Maruti Authorised Service Centre Rakkar Colony in the name of Trinity Autofast Engineers at Una whicjh was mentioned in your booklet for timing & milage. after three free services we had not face any type of problem when we are go to your showroom for the purchasing of new Car on[protected] we thought serviced my car from your thiss showroom but after after 4th service we run my car app. 150 km & face the problem in front axle and we goto my nearly Maruti Showroom for checking of this problem, He says you have already changed Axle boot at the time of 4th service I shocked that at the time of 4th service I had never any complaint about this But hae had changed. if they found any problem in axle than changed the same in extended warranty. Further I wish to inform that on 13 sept. 2008 My car was stoped due to leakage of engine oil from Engine. We call the MOS from my nearest Maruti Service Station CM Autos Ajouli Morh (Naya Nangal) Distt. Ropar Pb. They lift my car & my car tank is 2/3 full after checked the Engine, He says Estimate charges of repair & spare of Rs. 3500/- to 4000/- app. and deliverd the on 15-9-08 at 6-00 pm but at the time of Final Payment He will charged Rs. 5742.00 against bill no 000975 dt.[protected] but at the time of delivery my car have no Petrol when I cobject they says due to air pressure in pipeline the fuel meter shows down. after 32 km my car stopped due to no petrol in the tank when I complaint to service station they have not satisfied reply to me. LAST SATURDAY I WENT TO SEE YOUR NEW CAR RITZ AT HIRA AUTOS RAJSBAHA ROAD.BUT IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIANCE THAT NO ONE ATTENDED US I MYSELF OPENED THE CAR BOUNET.BACK .etc.NO ONE WAS THEIR TO TELL THE COFIGARATION OF THE CAR.WE WERE THEIR ABOUT 15 MINS BUT NO ONE ASKED US WHY YOU ARE HERE.ALL THE STAFF WERE MOVING HERE AND THEIR AS IF THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN THEIR WORK AS IF IT IS THE ONLY ONE AGENCY IN PATIALA.WHEN WE WERE COMING OUTSIDE I ASKED A BROCHER OF THE CAR THEN A PERSON CAME AND HE WROTE MY ADDRESS AND MY NO.MY FATHER AND MY REALETIVE FELT VERY BAD.SO. In a NATMAR CLAIM a maruti dealer has claim for replacement of Half engine. As per dealers that the engine got seized due to damages of internal components of the engine etc. while the subject vehicle had hitted against a Cow. A photographs of damaged vehicle is attached herewith.
Is it possible to damages the engine of a Maruti vehicle due to that type of impact.

my three service was done with marketing times but I have the gear shifting problem from the first day when I bought my car and some sound in the gear box is coming and i dont want to resolve this problem with the same dealer because the service advisors working with this company they all are frauds they never told me about to change the gear oil and they himself written in the service sheet in my third service that the costumer denied to change the gear oil on same service I told him to change my coolent and break oil and they never told me about to change gear oil and they never wants to resolve this problem. In every service i hold him that I have gear shifting problem some sound was coming in my car they said it was a normal sound coming from your car. I am the first time buyer of your company's car kindly solve my problem with your faithful workshop I will appreciate if you can look into this matter at your earliest and reply back.
