congratulations, to all the high ranking MBA"S employed by MARUTI UDYOG LTD for lureing customers to buy cars from MARUTI. Selling EXTENDED WARRANTY for 3to 4 YEARS for cars not capable of running for even one year.

I BOUGHT NEW ALTO LXI FRM DELHI SHOWROOM. AFTER SOME DAYS I FELT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN GEAR CHANGING, ENGINE SOUND AND VIBRATION. I TOLD DEALER, THEY SAID I TWILL BE OK AFTER FIRST SERVICE. AFTER 1 SERVICE PROBLEM IS SAME AND IT INCREASED. NOW MARUTI ENGINER EXAMINED MY ALTO THEY SAID UR GEAR BOX WILL BE CHANGE... ITS NOT WORKING PROPER... WOT SHOULD I DO. I WANT TO CHANGE THIS ALTO FRM MARUTI... OTHERWISE IT WILL CREATE PROBLEM FOR ME IN FUTURE.

Dear Customer Care,
Through this mail, an ardent and absolute Maruti Fan who has now become an ex-fan is sharing a particular grievance with you which has been completely unfair to me.
This is a particular incident that happened to me last week i.e. on the 17th of March, 2011 when I noticed that the pedal of the accelerator was detached from its floor base. It was noticed and conveyed to me by my car cleaner, followed by which I immediately took my Maruti Swift Dzire VXI to the Maruti Sales & Service Centre at Naraina, New Delhi.
The service engineer there, at first suggested that it maybe one screw that has come off, which after checking was not the case. He then came to the conclusion that the accelerator pedal which is supposed to be welded to its base had detached and required welding again. I handed over my car and confirmed with the engineer the time it would take. According to the engineer, it was not more than a 10 minute job.
At the time of collecting my car back, I was presented with the bill reading Rs. 1103/-. (For your reference, Bill No.JC 10080168 Customer ID [protected] Dated:[protected] This took me by surprise as it’s too much for a ten minute job for a welding work. This raises two big questions in my mind:
1. Is the level of Quality Control that Maruti promises, coming down? This is something that I’ve never heard of... The accelerator gets detached off its base is something that cannot happen as a result o[censored]sage or negligence. It just showcases a fault in the making.
2. Secondly, I do not understand that why something which requires some flashes of welding to be fixed and is a ten-minute job according to your own engineer can cost that big an amount. After all this is the company’s fault not mine as a customer.
Being a complete Maruti loyal customer, I have never even thought of considering any other companies as an alternate option. Right from my first car in 1989 to a total of 8 change-overs in my cars over all these years, I’ve stuck to Maruti. I have always found the after sale services very worthy and trustful. But it seems to me that with the growing number of customers, Maruti is now not bothered and considerate about its existing and loyal customers. I have absolutely no regrets in saying that you have today, lost one of your customers that is me and if this continues to be the same, I’m sure there are many more customers that you shall lose out on.
I find this completely unfair and rude. This is nothing but harassing customers. I would like to have a logical explanation and compensation for this. I will be awaiting your reply and a suitable action taken in this regard and the same to be communicated to me at the earliest.

MARUTI UDYOG LTD — Recharging for the service already paid

I have a paid service at T.R.Sawhney Motors Pvt. ltd., B-5, Industrial Area, Phase-I Badli(Opp. Sector-18), Rohini, Delhi-110042 on 21/12/2010. My paid service cost was Rs 850 which includes all the taks done by technician including general inspection, washing etc. But at that time my Ac was not checked as they told me that the technician was not available, but promise me to bring back the copy of bill paid(Cash Memo No.:BC[protected] on that day's serivce i.e., 21/12/2010 after one week or later and inspection of the Ac will be done.

I have reported them on 05/02/2011 for general car wash which I paid them Rs 250 (Cash Memo No.: BC[protected]as per rule but when I demanded the checking of Ac they charged me Rs 100 for same. On presenting the bill, the Branch Manger Mr. Sanjeev Taneja denied the request and urge to pay the same. According to the DRIVER'S MANUAL WAGON R, Rule 1 Page 6-6, Ac should be checked on every 20,000km has per the service, but they have asked me to pay again for the untouched task which they left.

I have also file complaint in the Maruti Complaint Forum (complaint no. [protected]) but no action has been taken yet.

Dear Sir,

The above booking was madeon MUL of WAGON R, VXI, Color Blue Breeze on July 16, 2010 with awritten statement that the same shall be delivered by October 15, 2010.

The car was ultimately despatched from MUL Works on November 08, 2010 and finally arrived with the dealer after November 21, 2010.

Required payments were made on November 26, 2010 against receipt no. 10007174 to M/s Machno Techno at Kolkata, with the request that all formalities of registration, insurance etc. be made so that the physical delivery of the vehicle can be taken on Dec 12, 2010, when I shall be in Kolkata as at present I am in Paradeep in Orissa on an assignment. The delivery on Dec 12, 2010 was agreed by Machino Techno.

However, due to the inordinate delay in despatching the vehicle by M/s MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED, I had to pay an extra amount of approx. Rs 12,2000.00 by way of increase in prices of Cars by M/s Maruti effective Oct end and by way of increase in VAT by 1%.

The delay in despatching the ordered car was entirely attributable to faulty planning of M/s Maruti as they could not envisage the demand of the VXI model of Wagon R and I am in no way responsible for such delays. Had the car been delivered by mid October, 2010 as stated, I would not have been made to cough up the extra payment for which M/s MARUTI is entirely responsible.

Nevertheless, the required amount has since been paid up. I have been a loyal Maruti customer since March 1998 as the owner of MARUTI OMNI, bought from the same dealer.

M/s MARUTI is rated as No. 1 in India Customer Service Index, (Survey conducted by J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2010) for which M/s MARUTI has recently put up full page advertisements in national dailies and I wish that MARUTI retain the same position for years to come.

In order to compensate the increase in cost, for which I am in no way responsible and on compassionate grounds, I requested M/s MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED to consider providing the following free of charge,
Chassis Coating
Teflon Coating
Ceiling Cover
Light grey Sun Film
Seat Cover (to be handed over and not fitted).
MUL confirmation and compliance in respect of the above was solicited.

Apart from allotting a Complaint No [protected], CRM[protected], precious little has been done by MUL.

Sx4 Zdi Maruti Udyog Limited — Worst AC low quality product

I have bought new Sx4 ZDi model from Rohan Motors Ghaziabad. This was a shock of my life that within 52 Km of drive the AC stopped working and the problem was not getting diagnosed. It seems that the new model have all the local components which has low standerds and will be out of order sooner or later.

Maruti Udyog Limited — Reg. poor performance of Wagon R

Sir,

I have purchased a new Maruti wagon R LXI DUO from Pankaj Motors , Faridkot on[protected]. Chassis no of the vehicle is 233679 and engine no. is 7012147.The vehicle supplied to me is not up to mark. The average of the vehicle is 11 KMPL on petrol and 11-12 KMPL on LPG from the very first day of purchase which is very low from the publicity made by the company in the newspapers and brouchers. The average of could not be improved despite of 2 free services and 7 extra visits to the dealer. The dealer has thoroughly checked the vehicle but they failed to satisfy me. Moreover the pick-up of the vehicle is also lost after the repair done by the dealer.
It is regretted to point out that despite of so many requests and visit to dealer the average of the vehicle could not improved.
I have purchased the Maruti product keping in the view the repo of the company , but I am very appointed from the vehicle supplied to me and services of the dealer.
You are requested to take up the matter at high level and replace the vehicle , otherwise I wiil be forced to approach asitable fourm to safeguard my financial interests.

dear sirs i purchased a new alto lxi speed car from tricity zirakpur mohali punjab though i am living at chandigarh in the name of madhu bala sharma is is my third maruti car and forth is india xeta but i face the bad experience on the part of their staff on this sunjad i e 10.7.11 because i visited them for the sensor fitting which was not properly fitted i n the time of its purchase and i was told today is sunday ie 26.6.11
when ever you visit us for the form 21 and 22 then we will remove it, the side plastic door strips were also fedded, and the axle rod was junked badly. on 10.7.11 the posted staff badly refused to change these items after saying ( ese nahi hota, ) even the staff was wearing the jogging pajama with bad colored t shirt with hawai chappal in the sale area any way please manage to guide them for the early change and their behavior
should be quite okay with the new costumer even with the old ones my son and daughter in law is even planning for sx 4 in this connection i have also consulted with GM sales there but if we face such problem how //// rishi
August -2010 I met the accident my car than I given the vechicle to sagar automobiles, body repair department, service enginner Mr Sadhiq, bangalore, they given the time delevery of vechicle 10 working days, damage of my vechicle detiles given below
1) left front door,
2) left back door,
3) left front bumper,
4) left head light broktn,
than after I receved my car, 15 working days that time front head light not fitted properley and front door in side pad not replased, I given the complaint to service engeneer sadhiq they told me present stock is not avaliable you come 1st free service that time we will replase, 1st free service they taken my car 4 days but not replased the mat, 2nd free service time same repeted, 3rd service time same repeated .
than I give the 4th paid service on one day back dated 17/08/2011 now allso they not given replasement of left front door inside mat I spoken to manager kumerasan sagar automobiles, g.m sidayappa now they told me give me 4 days stock is not available they given the feed back to me .
now what I can do, give me the right feed back to me imedetiley because iam suffreng last one year .
1) can I receved my car same condetion,
2) Than I give the complaint to police FIR,

Maruti Suzuki,Swift Glam Car — bad service

I am facing some problems while driving my car,Swift glam-1) Smoke from AC,uneasy sound from AC fan,sound from suspension etc. for which I requested your dealer M/S Auto hi tech,Kolkata near Tiljala but after several request from 9.45AM to 6 PM they simply advised me to book service in a future date.When I requested to book tomorrow for inspecting my car for detecting the problems they told me that "tomorrow is full booked".I wanted just to register my problems which I am facing while driving, my warranty is going to expire shortly.
Please tell me in a case of smoke coming out on putting the AC on I have to wait for booking at your service station then how can I drive the Car safely without any fear of burning within the car.I think should be taken as emergency.

05/03/12 the adviser called to discuss some matter. they told there is engine problem and not working.
I gave my car after discussing & checking all the problems with the person & he took a trial.
then the how the problem of engine seize took place in the service center..

till date there is no answer from the office regarding the irresponsibility.
kindly go through the matter and hand over my car in the same condition as it was.

My car a Swift LDI, ON a recent trip to Udaipur for routine service send to your authorized service center M/S Navneet motors on 16 march 2012.but till date my vehical is not redy to run. They were not ready to look into the problem as we had no prior appointment. After many requests the car.On being asked to provide me in some running condition take up the matter with maruti udyog, they refused to give in same. I then lodged complaint on maruti toll free no.[protected] and talked with maruti udyog ltd CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIALS at regional office in MUMBAI and GURGAON but to my utter surprise maruti employs deaf people, till date after repeated phone calls day after day I have not heard once from any of them. My car was lying all the time from 16 march 2012 for almost a week. On asking people of Navneet motors what should i do, they immediatly promised to repair my car if i promised to pay them in CASH. Idid so and my car was repaired in 10 days flat and i ended up paying Rs.25000=00 of my hard earned money. Navneet motars people smiled and told, that we had told you there is no other way out of this MISERY. IWOULD LIKE TO ASK MARUTI UDYOG LTD WHY DO YOU CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. PUBLISHING ADS IN NEWSPAPER BOASTING OF BEING NUMBER ONE IN CUSTOMER CARE, WHEN THE GROUND REALTY IS THIS.
