I have Purchase Wagon R from your Authorised Dealer M/S Ganapati Motors, Supela, Bhilai on 5th Nov 2010 and till date i hav'nt received any of the documents from the dealer.
I am afraid whether i had purchase the vehile from a Autorised dealer of Maruti or from a road side shop . Is this the sort of service expected from Maruti. I had already informed the matter during the feed back call from your works but till date there is no action from your end. Was this information helpful? | 
Wagon R — documents not recieved
dear sir,i have purchased wagon R from ROHAN MOTORS Mathura road, Delhi. but dealership did not provided me the concerened documents of vehicle for last one week. i requested several times to the dealer but did not get the response. instead of making help, the company's executive MR.CHANDAN([protected] mob. no.)replied in a very harsh way saying that its not his responsibility if in any case a chalan is made against me. company is not responsible for it. Moreover he added in his statement that its not his fault if i have purchased a maruti product. now sir u pls tell me that if i have made a fault or not? Now if the sale deptt. is dealing in such a way how ican have faith on ur service? pls look into the matter n take necessary action. waiting for ur reply.
