Dear Maruti Officials I am an old Maruti Customer this is my 3rd Maruti car in last 5 years and I am very disappointed after the normal paid services my Wagon R Duo, at one of your dealers (Prem Motors PVT LTD) in Jaipur, there was some body shop work was there and the normal paid service was due, i dropped my car on 26th of Feb 2010, and the delivery date was 5th March 2010, I told them some very specific things to do while the services like Gas Kit cleaning etc, but now after the services my car is in a bad shape, the vibration whish was never there in my car is on a very higher side with a extra noise from the engine. If I switch on the AC it seems like some king of a workshop started in the car which was never there, and more over I am not able to drive my car on LPG, engine gets off while driving the car on 2nd and the 3rd gayer and noise like gun shorts comes from the engine its very embracing for a professional person like me that u drive the car and due to noise people are staring at you and your car.I paid Rs.13,010/- for the repair and the services My Car RC Number is DL 3C AD 9195. I am going again to your dealership today for the same complain. I am very disappointed first time in last 5 years; please get my problem resoled ASAP as my work is getting hampered due to this. Wagon R — RC Not Recieved
I have bought Maruti Wagon R LXI Model on 16th April 2009. At that time it was said that you will recieve the RC within 3 Months. After passing the said time I called and they were saying that it will take near 8 months for RC. It has already passed 9 Months and I haven't recieved the RC yet.Last month I have been fined one challane by Delhi Police for not having the RC.
Send me the RC of the my car on my correspondance address as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some other step.

HiI purchased my Maruti wagon R Duo from Mithra Agency, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad branch, on Sept 2006. Since then I am regularly facing problem in the gear shifting, pick up and mileage in petrol mode. Time and again I made several complains at their workshops, and every time they assured me that it will be rectified, but to my disappointment it was never rectified and they have taken the matter for granted. And now the warranty period is coming to an end and they will give an excuse that that since the warty period is expired and I need to bear the expenses for the repair.
Every time they say that, since they don’t have the time and manpower available and as the problem needs to evaluated vey closely I need to bring my vehicle some other time or else I need to take their main workshop which in the outskirts of the city.
I am totally confused as to what to do.
