[Resolved] MARUTI WAGON R DUO — poor average of LPG and petrol | |||

[protected]. 24- july- 2010 Shri Pankaj Narula, Executive Officer (Service), MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD., PALAM GURGAON ROAD, GURGAON – 122015 (HARYANA). Dear sir, On 20 june 2008 , i purchased a WAGON -R car duo model 2008 from TS MOTORS Shanajaf raod , Hazaratganj ,Lucknow. i would like to apprise you of various problems faced by me in reference to ' The poor average of LPG and PETROL car'. From the date of purchase only there was an existing problem of the poor average . After I and II service also the average of the car remained 6-8 at petrol and 4-6 at LPG ,which was the same after III service. The car went to the service stations approx 10 times for the same reason but was returned to us in the same condition with a false assurance that the problem has been solved. In checking the average of the car i had spent around Rs 10,000/- on LPG and petrol. last year when Maruti Co. has organised a excursion to 'Amrapali Water Park' there also i had informed 'area sales manager' and 'Regional sales manager ' about the problem existing in my car. In return to my complaint the car was sent to 'Anand Motors Lucknow Workshop' from 'TS Motors' but the result from there was also negligible. and a cost of Rs 2000 /- was imposed upon me in free. It is sorry to inform you that the comapany which challenges international level market quality, extracts money and befool its customers in a so nice manner that the general public can't even anticipate. This shows the unethical policies of the company. The promises done by the comapny regarding the services and quality products are just sham. NOTE: knowing the above problems if possible for the concerned authorities, kindly rectify the LPG and Petrol average problem on their cost as soon as possible. And if the Company could not do so it is requested that please take your car back .We are not intrested in buying the products of the company which is unreliable , feign , unethical and nefarious in its conduct.neither i'll suggest or recommend anyone to be a customer of this irresponsible company. Well, this could be possible due to water soaked in the floor's foam. As you mentioned that "It only happened on 26th July 06", this you must be referring to submerging under water due to which water must be soaked and the smell still persists. I am not really sure if you got your car's floor cleaned, which is actually a lengthy process. This includes taking out the front and the rear seats, floor mats, floor foam and then drying it in the sunlight. The other reason could be the LPG odour but as you mentioned you got that checked at the workshop, so I am pretty sure that the engineers can't miss that one.

I am running a Wagon R LXI 2006 , which has run 24000 kms . i am not getting its average more than 9 - 10 kms /ltr . After taking all measures (putting off the engine on red lights , not driving fast & many more)Need your help regarding this , kindly suggest me .

Even I have a 2006 lxi model and it gives me 12kmpl in city and 18 on highways.. Kindly put a new air filter in your car.check the air pressure. go on a highway and test its average. I have even done 640kms in this wagon R with tank full. Trust me there is some problem. I can help you test ur car my no is [protected] contact me.

sir,I purchased Maruti Wagnor Duo[protected] at THE MITRA AGENCICIES,VIJAYAWADA SHOW ROOM.i am always serviceing only in MITRA SERVICE POINT IN VZA. But Vijayawada Mitra Service point Manager Mr.Rama krishna cheeted me.Present My wagnor car in show room Manager rams krishna told to me "I am not clarify your problem "
Maruti Suzuki — lpg mileage
I am madan patnaik i have a maruti suzuki waganor vehicle I am getting the milage in petrol around 13 to 14 km but in LPG 5 to 6 km so i am given the vehicle two time to sri sai maruti serving center at balanagar hyderabad fro LPG milage i told them to about the problem.Still i am facing the same problem. so what i can i do in this problem my vechile no is AP 28 BL 4858.REGARDS.

MARUTI WAGON R DUO — Poor performance of the vehicle
I own a maruty wagon R Duo since last two years and have taken 3 years extended warantee also. From the day one my car is having problme of gear. The gears are very hard and the reverse some time does not work and we have to try hard for same. I have got the vehicle serviced 3 times, I get the reply that we have changed the gear lever but the problem presists.Also the average of my vehicle is very less it is only 12 KM/Liter on both LPG and Petrol.
I am fed up with the issue can you please help me out.

Maruti Suzuki/WagonR Duo — Servicing Complaint/After Sales Problem
This is with the reference to the job no MH02JP242 (Sai Service Agency (Bombay) Ltd. I had given my car for servicing to the above said service center for bad stink coming out of the car. I submitted my car on June 1st. 2009 for a stink oozing out of the car from unknown place, and was said that I ll be getting my car in a week's time but later on when I went to collect my car they started giving me weired suggestions about the smell. To mention they said its because the car must have remained submurged under water for a long time which is not possible. It only happened on 26th July 2006.Further instead of rectifying the problem they started suggesting me to use the car without the mat or many more like them.
I only know how I am making it to my office. The trauma I am facing is really unexplicable.
I just hope these people understand the problem and get it done asap.
