sir, My name is HAR MADAN BAHADUR and i am from Lucknow.i bought my maruti wagon R Duo LXi (LPG) model from BRIGHT Dealer in lucknow. I want to say that my friend has also bought same model before me and got tubeless tyres. The registration of his wagon R same model is 4th Dec'09 and his registration number is UP32 CY 9645 and he got tubeless tyres . WHILE I GOT REGISTERED MY WAGON R BY 25TH DEC'09 AND NOT GOT TUBELESS TYRES MY NUMBER IS UP 32 DA 5341.WHY THIS IS SO WHEN BOTH ARE SAME MODEL BY SAME MANUFACTURER. the manager of Bright Dealer is not responding and i have lodged complaint with maruti also and my complaint number is CRM:006000 0006183,they are also not responding to us in any matter. please help with your sincere advise and direct me what to do.my mail id is: [protected]@gmail.com. Maruti Wagon R Lxi Duo — didn't fix the engine properly
my vehicle had a major repair done at INDUS MOTORS, KALAMASSERY about 5-6 months back.those didn't fix its engine properly.yesterday it fall down.i dont know what these beggars r doing there.they took almost 2 months to repair that.what to do.i am planning to file a case in consumer court.i had to pay almost 15k for repair.i have been different cars for the last 8 years.and have never seen such an irresponsible action from any of service centre.such action is actually a disgrace to Maruti Udyog Ltd.i even doubt whether they have changed that engine.i doubt the integrity and honesty of this service station.such an action is never expected from a station which is owned by a reputed representative of people.
