How can a builder be racist to non-vegetarians and that to maharashtrians and that too in maharashtra..
One of my engineer friends working on senior position at marvel had told me this but now it is confirmed.
Marvel Realtors are Racist.. They even distcriminate and exploit their employees on site in many worst ways..

there many things that people of pune don't know about marvel realtors...
1) racism is in the blood of management of the company and that is true... even many maharashtrians have also been denied booking on non vegetarian basis.
2) No one in the company will clarify about the finances and funding.. they only say that it is private equity.. there are two is Paracor Capital Advisors Private Limited, Mauritius and other one I don't know.. but they claim that these company has investors from Europe and US. All the black money and money by hasan ali from koregaon park is diverted from these two major companies as private equity.
3) marvel is also in big dept of ICICI prudential bank for their kharadi projects.. and big loan with HDFC for its Magarpatta projects.
the top management is very secretive about it. they are in plan to take everyone down along with them...
they proudly say that KPMG was is their auditor so clients need not worry.. but we know even Satyam... 2G ... also had reputed auditor.

I completely agree to all the acquisitions.. I have booked an apartment in Marvel Ritz a 3BHK penthouse of 2390 sq. ft... I'm a Jain vegetarian so I got an apartment plz don't blame me for that..
At the time of booking the sales executive Kaushal told that the maintenance is only one time and builder will maintain the society for life time . But after possession
when I called their customer relationship management executive Minakshi.. I was taken at shock that offer was only for maintenance till exepenses of Rs.3000/- and she spoke to me so rudely.. Disagree with these allegations. Even I am planning to buy a property in Marvel, I recently went to one of their offices for booking an apartment. But they dint ask me about my religion. So I am going ahead with my plan of buying the house.
Disagree with the above allegations. I recently went to book a house in one of the properties of Marvel. I was not asked about my religion even once. Therefore I am going forward to book my house.

I am a customer with Marvel Realtors. A lot of information below is not true. I know numerous Bohri Muslims who have penthouse flats in marvel Isola. They are courteous to their customers.
Only issue I have is that Possession of marvel I sola has been delayed by 6 months plus. This is worrying.
In fact if you see some Muslim societies like Millat Nagar in Mumbai. it is stated very clear on society board that Non-Muslims are not permitted to buy flats there.
All said & done although still good other builders have caught up with Marvel's quality and they now need to innovate.

I completely agree with Hitesh Lodha. I booked an apartment in Marvel Citrin in 2009. At the time of booking all Marvel Citrin sales documents and sales executive told us that possession will be given in Dec. 2012. When we went for the registration they changed possession date as May 2013 without any information. After May 2013 we met VP & CEO many a time regarding possession but every time they come with new date e.g. July 2013, Oct. 2013, Nov 2013 (VP promised us to send us mail regarding possession but had not do so) and Jan. 2014. Every time you go to Marvel office their staff will not allow you to meet VP & CEO. Both VP & CEO promised me that they will send mail to me regarding possession but they never did so. They are liars, cheat and fraud. Their foundation is based on cheat and frauds.
I am just highlighting at this forum those who are thinking or planning to buy property from Marvel Realtors seeing their brand name and quality of work. Please don't go on its name you will have to suffer like me. Hope many of Marvel are suffering like me. They talk to clients very sweetly while/ before booking and then they will show their real character.

I m Rajesh Patne From Pune Sir I have purchased flat from Marvel Builder at NIBM Road Project Name Marvel Sangria and the builder not giving the possession in time, the possession date was December 2013, I have taken the loan from ICICI Bank but now the bank is not helping me to come out from this situation kindly help me and look into the matter

To my utmost surprise i found that the Bank Regional Head Mortgages, was also hands in gloves with the builder Buyers just dont trust blindly even the banks cheat on you the dont vet the documents and the work in the interest of the builder, like a fool he is calling up the builders office and informing him about our presences what a example of hands in gloves, always ask your bank the EPN no on which the bank pass the project loan to the builder, he made us sit for almost 1.55 minutes to hand over the EPN letter, as he gave it to us i found some discriepences in that letter he immediately took the letter and did not gave it to us From that one can see total BUILDERS men In Solidarity Jai Hind

I am an NRI from Dubai we have purchased 2 apartments in Marvel Sangriya as per the registration document we were to get possession by the end of 2013 and we are in 2016 not knowing when will we get possession for the same. I am sure there are a lot of people stuck like me. Is there any forum where we can all be in touch and pressurize the builder for possession.

I bought property in Marvel Cascada. Possession was supposed to be in december 2015. nothing done till now. they have stopped responding to all emails, phone calls. absolutely no information from their side.

I have booked Marvel flat in Sangria in July 2011. They promised to give possession by Dec. 2013. But till date I'm waiting for my property. I've already paid them more than 85%. Every time we call them they promise new date. Now their sales person says Project will complete by Dec. 2017. I really don't know if I should sue them. They are really not professionals
I have purchased flat from marvel in their Project Marvel Bounty at DP Road Hadapsar. They have showed me a sample flat and said the actual will be the same. At the day of delivery I can see everything is changed from Tiles to Doors, from Kitchen Marble to glass fittings. Nothing was as per the sample Flat. Their few executives Mr Manoranjan Jha, Mr Pratik. Both arr just telling we will give everything promised to you. After paying money I dont even have parking. I just have allotment letter but in my parking other persons are parking their vehicles as there is no sign board. I have received my flat with no finishing, scratches on the mirror, scratches on the bathroom marble, with Pan Spits of the working there in my washroom. Is this the way Marvel people work??? This is your bloody standards? I am attaching the pictures for the others to have a look at it. Even in my mails to CEO there is no response.
