[Resolved] Mast Kalandar — Failed to server whatever I paid | |||
I have been to Mast Kalandar, Bilekahalli, Bangalore. I had a very bad experience. I have ordered one HP#, 4 Phulkas, and Tadka Dal. Mast Kalandar takes money first serves next. So whatever I have paid I should get the same. they failed to serve 2 phulkas and they asked for excuse which is really unacceptable. Also all the phulkas were in different sizes and most of them are small ones. the complain no [protected] never works. No one picks that. I called around 20 times atleast. Rediculous experience. And the Staff cooly wrote that he didnt server 2 phulkas in the bill. Looks like he was not worried which means management is so serious about complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had dinner at yomastkalandar yesterday (ordered HP2) and today also I ordered HP2 for home delivery from Sarjapur outlet. To my surprise what I ate yesterday was exactly same as what was delivered to me today - no change in any curry at all. It seems that this restaurant delivered me last night food today also. I called up Sarjapur outlet and also number [protected] which is mentioned in your website. On phone these guys say that we change menu daily but we didn't served you yesterday's food today! The guy on [protected] was pathetic...he was talking to me in a way that I have made some mistake.
