MY NAME IS SHEIK JINNA TM I WAS AN EMPLOYEE OF MAX NEWYORK LIFE INSURANCE LTD. GURGAON HARYANA. AFTER LEAVING MY JOB I SUBMITTED ALL MY PROVIDENT FUND RELATED FORM AND DOCUMENT TO THE PF OFFICE IN JULY BUT NOW ALMOST 2 MONTHS HAVE BEEN PASSED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY AMOUNT... Dear Mr. Sheik
We have received your PF Forms on 2-Mar-12 but we have processed only Form 19 (PF withdrawal) which has already sent to our PF Trust for further processing.
As per our PF Trust TAT, They will settle your PF amount by mid of Apr'12.
Your Form 10C (Pension Withdrawal Form) has rejected due to requirement of revised NEFT Form & signature missing on your PF Form. We have mailed you on 3-Mar'12 on your email id :- [protected]@gmail.com for this requirement. But we have not received any revert from your side.
As per new guidance of our RPFC Govt. office Jalandhar, They required revised NEFT Form for process your pension form.
You are requested to send to us self attested below attached NEFT Form & Pension Withdrawal form in Hard copy with a cancel cheque. So that we can process your PF Pension part withdrawal form.

Max Newyork life insurance co. Ltd. — PF Recovery
Dear Sir/Madam,I was an employee with Max newyork life insurance co. ltd. as a sales manager, I have resigned from my services by company procedures in October'08. Now, my previous employers are not releasing my PF dues and demanding for a recovery of 28K. I totally feel cheated as my entire PF amount is still lying with them and on top of that they are asking me to pay them 28k of recovery for non-serving of notice, which has already waived by my immediate senoir at time of resignation with assurance of full & final settlement and now they are totally refusing.
My PF is my hard earned money which no one can stop as a law of land, then how come they can do it. Despite of lots of reminders, still they are not releasing my PF fund. I need help on the same.
