[Resolved] Maxx Mobile Mx463 — LED display of MX463 | |||
Dear Sir, I bought Maxx mobile on 15.05.10 since then the mobile is not working properly and recently on 10.07.10 the LED display formed an crack and stopped functioning. I visited the Maxx service centre " manjunatha communications, Akkayapalem main road, Visakhapatnam on 18.07.10 and inquired about the repair as the mobile set comes under warranty. the service personnel said it will attract an service charge of Rs 850/- (LED display charges included) and refused to repair the defective mobile set under warranty terms and conditions. The maxx mobile care center is unable to retrieve the problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

Illegal money taken from meI, undersigned Sunedeshwar Kumar. On[protected] morning 10.40 AM train from Darbhanga to New Delhi Train No. 2565, I was travelling in Sleeper Class S2-40. When I got down at Muzaffarpur, a Ticket Collector asked me for my ticket. When I showed my Ticket, the TC forcefully took my ticket and kept with him in his pocket. When I explained that I am travell agent, he was not ready to listen anything and took me to Head TC. He checked my pockets. He said I am not eligible to travel in this Bogie and demanded Rs. 613 Fine from me. He also threatned me that if I do not comply with his demands, he will send me Jail. And he forcefully took Rs. 500. He also tried to explain the fact but he was not ready to accept anything.
Even after having valid ticket that TC harassed me. Because i could travell in this train. I beg you to look into this matter at your earliest.
