I purchase Mblaze MTS wireless internet device which has no proper network and speed last month i recharged Rs999 Unlimited Plan for 30 Days but they disconnect my net before 8-10 days i do complaint customer care daily two-three times but did not solve my problem than i again recharge Rs.999 unlimited Plan 02/06/2011 now they did not giving me proper speed now showing 20-70kbps speed and can not using broadbond mode also.

I've purchased mts mblaze data card.sales representative have gave me assurance about speed but now I'm getting speed only 1-100kbps.I've reported many times to customer care and also went to the nearest store those people have said that it's an authentication problem I've done it even though I'm unable to get the speed.so plz solve our issue
MBLAZE — SPEED
I recently Purchased MTS MBLAZE data card with unlimited plan, it promises a speed of 3.1Mbps for the first 8gb and later a speed of 128kbps ( as a fair usage Policy) the company when it says upto what is the min speed one would expect as a end user is half the speed or atleast 1/4 of the promised speed , but to our surprise it gives a whoping 20- 100kbps speed.my MTS no:[protected]
