[Resolved] Menaka Cards — Awful service | |||
Me and my other family members went to Menaka cards in koddambakkam(Chennai) a couple of weeks back to get wedding invitation cards for my sister's wedding which is the first wedding in our family. We are just amazed and awe struck with their service !! They are pathetic. Everyone inside the showroom don't want to serve customers at all. They require customers to do everything by their own and the worst part is if you approach anyone there with any query, the person will shut your mouth even before you finishing your query by saying " We don't do that". All they expect is you have to choose your card from the display and write in the details and choose the same old logos and give them. If there is one thing they do very prompt, it is collecting money from you! With changing times and needs if you want to customize your card according to your personal needs, sorry people they are not the one to approach! And the most pathetic part is their proof section. You write crap and give them to print in your wedding card, they will even print that without a question. A huge bus terminus which entire chennai knows is CMBT, when told to print it in the card they have put it as CMST(don't know where it exists). ! This is what i want to call them. Thank you menaka(Koddambakkam) for giving us a nice experience, its so nice that we will never come back and will tell all our friends and relatives too. Was this information helpful? | |||

We know the Card Quality, Printing Quality and Customer Service Provided by them It is Awesome Business and Awesome Work they Do. I Suggest to go there and see what they provide for you. Menaka Card have policy of if anything goes Wrong in the Order they will just Reprint your orders without any cost and Focus on 100% Customer Satisfaction. WEDDING CARDS — WRONG CARDS
Hi i bought Wedding Cards from Regalcards.comWe order item no 199 and it is fibrous textured card as any one can see .They sent us plain paper card and than insists that that is what i ordered.
After all this now they refuse to reply any email or even accept to solve the issue and they say they have been in business for 11 years than they should know what customer services is .
i am making a formal complain through the Embassy of India on this company .
I have attached the picture of they have sent and what is on there website.The bright textured picture is the one chosen and they have sent the wrong one which is also attached.
Company like this give our country India and the people of india a bad name they need to be removed from the methods at any cost.
Menakacard is #1 cheaters. I ordered the wedding gift from them. I choose one and asked the price. They is a price at first. When I call them at the second time they increase the price for the same item. But I like the gift, so I ordered. I paid, but I didn't receive the gift for a month. I call them they said they send the gift and I will receive it in a week. Still I didn't receive it for a month. I call them back, they show me a different gift. I Said I do t want that, I want what I ordered. They said they don't have that gift. So I said, so redund my money, because my wedding is next month. They said ya ur money will be in ur account in a week. I still didn't, t get the money yet. I call them back, they said they send my gift, at the mean time I already bought another gift. They didn't even inform me that they send the gift to me. I was fighting with them on the phone to refund my money but they didn't. Never ever purchase anything from menakacard.
Final order that we collected had wrong inserts size ( than what was shown in sample card). When I highlighted this issue to the manager, there was no sense of accountability from him, moreover he manually cropped the card to make it look like the final design. He argued that we did not highlight this issue during proof reading. The sample card had inserts set in increasing size order. However thr delivered consignment had all inserts of same size thereby causing all the other event details to go unoticed. How can someone visualize and understand the difference in the size of two insert during the proof reading. The manager's behaviour was very rude and did not handle the issue with any sense of accountability. He asked us to pay half of the money for correction work. He said what is shown is sample card need not be always what is delivered and the customer has to explicitly say what dimension insert that has to be used. Does it make any sense at all. What is the purpose of sample card in the first place. Ms. kamakshi jayaprakash was the salesperson who sold us the card. Today when I went to discuss the issue she changed her statement and said that it is our fault that we did not provide the dimension if insert. I see that these enterprises are only concerned about making money and has no sense or respect for their customers. They are so worried about their profit margin they have no respect or value for customers money and time.
