[Resolved]  Menaka Cards — False commitment/Pathetic Service

`Myself and my brother finalized an Invitation card on Menaka cards on 8th October 2011 and As per their policy we have to pay everything in advance, No sample will be given, No photographs allowed of the card, Once ordered cannot be changed (either increase or decrease the quantity). We have clearly intimated that we need the card on 13th October 2011 (They have confirmed in writing that it will be delivered on 13th October 2011) and they have asked us to confirm the proof on 11th October 2011 at 2:00 P.M, but we went and confirmed the proof at 6:00 P.M. and at that time also we have asked in the proofing section they also mentioned in the card that it will be delivered at 7:00 P.M on their jobbing card and handed over to us.

The next day a person from Menaka cards called my brother and intimated you have confirmed very late for the proof, so you will receive your card only on 14th October 2011 after 2:00 P.M. When i called them on 14th October at 2:30 P.M one person picked and intimated everybody gone for lunch call back later (he collected my number as well), i tried thrice and got the same response.

Next time i called the manager, he told that they have already communicated that the card will be ready only on 15th October (To whom i don't know only god knows). The Customer service manager in the First shop told it is our mistake and they told it will be ready only on 15th October at 11:00 A.M as the card is in Thirunelveli only today they will be couriering to Chennai. On 15th also when i am calling at 01:30 P.M the card is not ready, they told it is on the way to Chennai and got block due to some procession.

I was there in the shop at 2: 00 P.M and the Customer service manager told the card is on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. But finally the card arrived at 3: 15 P.M and the excellent thing is the same is not as per proof.

False commitment, Not able to meet the deadline thrice and very pathetic service.
No processes and system in place to address the customer issues,
They are only money minded and not bothered about customers.
I will not suggest Menaka cards to anybody anymore
