metaslim — non refund

i purchased metaslim with invoice no:- 3075 dated 14/11/2012 amount 2950
On this invoice address of supplier is
tv tele shopping deals 241/4, sector -3 Rohini new Delhi Area, New Delhi India (contacy person Mr NIKHIL [protected]
On this invoice there was a stamp for money back guguarantee in 60 days.
I made a e-mailed complaind to nitin.[protected]@telemartnetworks.com on dated 4/1/2013 to refund my amount.
But till date i am unable to get refund.
They say that this product is not send by us.
Metaslim is doing fraud business with the consumer.
