[Resolved]  metaslim — no response for product return

i have seen this metaslim product on tv then i had order this product i have receive the product on 25o92012 from there distributor aarti enterprises (m-53 mandir marg saket new delhi) challan no-15230 i have paid 3100 (cash)after using the product some health hazards had happen to me like rashes on my skin looss motions etc. my family doctor had advice me not to continue this medicine i have launch my complaint to metaslim with a complaint no (c-36834)on-date o1o92012 there was no response there side where as they have given money back guarantee for there product if we are not satisfied within 15 days.one of there employee miss guide us regarding the product return his name was pranjeet roy (emply.no-1430).i don't know what to do now i feel like cheated kindly take appropriate action in this matter
