Mginger.com — Product not delivered not yet... more than 20 days .

HI,

I ordered in mginger.com and my order id is 331220. Still not delivered, When i contacted customer care they said that working in priority basis, but still not shipped the product and no reply from them. The amount is Rs.349/-
