mGinger / Gingersoft Media Pvt. Ltd — Not sending SMS AD

I am giving is complaint against mGinger company, Bangalore. This company gives much more assurances to join new memebers and after joining there website, this company only 2 or 3 SMS Advertisment and then it cannot send any Advertisment. This company firstly said we were sending 5 to 10 SMS AD daily, but cannot do. After complainting their officer told that join maximum number of members at your downline. I think this is fraud company. This company told we were giving per AD 0.20 paise, but actual fact is that on the upper side of the network company talking their Directors name, means these people got maximum benefit of network income.

Gingersoft Media Pvt Ltd. — Product Not Sent By Company

sir i have book an order on the Site mginger.com for the product(one Bluetooth headset, one mp3 player, data cable & ear phone) on 19 aug 2011.i have purchase Cash on Delivery mood, after book the order i give the confirmation of my Order by receiving a call with in 15 minutes. the agent had told me that these product will be dispatch you 5-7 working days. Today i received a courier by AFL, & i paid total amount 649 rs. after than when i open the packing, there was only ear phone lead in damage box, there was 3 more product missing. Immediately i complain the delivery boy he was told me that it is not his responsibility. then i call his Senior he was told contact to shopping company. i had to do payment.

Dear All,

With regards to the online purchase made vide order no:434378 at Mginger.com please note the material received is reported to be defective/damaged condition.

Hence request to kindly replace the same and confirm or else please refund my money back..
