[Resolved]  mGinger — Incomplete order

I order a "Nova Beard & Hair trimmer" from mGinger, Order No. 206751. I received it on 04/08/2012. I did not receive charging cord with the box. So, I called and also mailed mGinger to send me the charging cord or replacement of the product. I contact mGinger several times and all the times they say that it will be delivered in next 2-3 working days. This was there reply:

Dear user,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused,

We have considered your mail regarding the charger not received, we are looking the matter.

We'll make sure your product will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

It never happened. I sent many mails to them regarding that they never bother to reply to those mails. So, I called again, most of the time or all the time the phone number they gave is busy or not contactable. Luckily, after days of calling, I got an agent and he told me that they will deliver the product in next 2-3 working day, again there bloody jazz, that guys even send me mail that the charging cord will be dispached on wednesday i.e 22.08.2012. As per the mail I received.

This is to inform you that your product will be dispatched today.

The product was never dispatched and I never received any dispached code. I called them again but never got to talk to an agent. And the product was never delivered again.

Its been ,more then a month I am waiting for the replacement of the product I purchased online.
