Micromax — Bad after sales service | |||
Hi, I have bought Micro-max P300 from univercell showroom Hyderabad on 23 March 2013 with 8GB memory card.It was good initially but with 3 weeks there is problem occurred in it as it is getting auto swtich off continuously hence i have taken this tablet to [protected]@mmxcheckpoint .com to MR Manhoar who was the incharge there and he did rectified but taken two weeks to do it but it within two days again the problem occured and have taken back to them, they said it will be rectified with in month as they need to send it Bangalore and they took it from on 18 May 2013, till now i haven't got it when i checked after three weeks with Razaak in the service center ,he said it will take another two weeks to get it rectified but still no use. after i went again to my shock got news they are closing down the center completely than i spoke to Srikanth who said is Micromax incharge for hyderbad zone than he redirected to me to Mr.Pavan than i contacted pavan continuously till now he always promises me to deliver the tablet but still no avail. I am keep on calling everybody but they are not responding at all..I prefer to beg you either replace the piece with new on or reimburse the amount completely. on to that they also taken my 8 GB memory card. Micromax — Service and sale
Sir, I bought a Micromax mobile A70 on 24.08.2011. but the full features were not working and i gave it to a micromax service centre at trivandrum (Nath Communications). But now the phone is not working at all. They are asking more days to solve. But now i was trapped by buying an new phonew.Micromax/x550 — After sale service
R/SirI have purchased a micromax x550 qube mobile on 27/03/2012 and on the day of purchase its battery get dead.I submitted this dead battery on 30/03/2012 at micromax service centre (abacus systems, Chandigarh).But till date I have not received the new battery. Whenever I call them they always say that you will receive your battery in 20 days. They also not responding my emails.There is no satisfactory response from micromax. I tell you never buy any product of MICROMEX in future...

Micromax — Extremely bad after sales service
I had purchased Micromac C2i CDMA hadnset on 01/01/2010 from Hotspot, Khanna, Ludhiana, Punjab, MEID: A100000B6DA17F. The display got damaged & was given at service centre for repalcing display on 27/01/2010. Today is 07/02/2010 but as per service centre it is going to take another 15 days for replacement. Neither the company is interested nor employees. BEWARE WHILE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY.
