[Resolved] Micromax — Battery charging is not good | |
I purchased micromax phone model is x280 and it is not charging from solar when ever battery is low. and battery backup is not good. and key pad autolock 1 Min is not functioing. and for some menus back button is not working properly. i have purchased a micromax gc-700 from hardik tlelcom, rookee on dt. 02-09-09. from very first day the sandby battery backup of this set about 3-4 hrs. only, when i contact the delear they have changed the set after 20 days butthere is the same problem in 2nd set. i mail the same problem to co. but there is no response from co. pl. guide me how can i do.

But one thing i would like to notify that am using bsnl and vodaphone sims and i cant access internet on my mobile. i enquired with vodaphone customer service they says that they won't support with micromax mobiles for internet accessing. Please send me the details and proceedure for accessing internet in my mobile.

Sir, I bought a Q3 mobile recently 2 days back.It's giving me some kind of disturbance sound while making a cal and also while recieving the same.This problem occurs in the reciever side only.Please advice me what I will do for this problem and let me know about the authorised service centers in chennai for Micromax.

Few weeks ago, I purchased Q1 model mobile.Its really superb cool mobile. But i face some problem while using it. In that message option there is a send to many option but if i select it... messages are not going And another problem..is, I have downloaded some videos.. but the video are not playing in video player. So could you please advise why this happened and i need a solution for it...

MICROMAX / GC700 — Not Working
My self watched the TV Advertisement (Jul09) of Micromax Mobile GC700 Gravity Phone, I am impressed the ad and purchased the Micromax Mobile GC700 Gravity Phone from M/s.Sangetha Mobile Show room, Chennai -83 on dt.31/07/2009.On that day it self, I was faced problem with Mobile like automatically switched OFF. I thought the charge is not enough, even it is charged fully then also they same problem acquired. I managed with same mobile & irritate with mobile daily.
I am not getting the time for given the servicing. One day (11/09/2009) I decided to give the service for mobile. I have given the mobile to RT Outsourcing services Chennai the same day. They told, we will check the mobile and give the update to 12/09/09. I called (12th Aug) service centre, they replied till observation and call to 14/09/2009. 14th Aug called to service centre, they told software is problem and they confirmed the “Auto OFF fault”
After two days back I called to servicing centre, they told the software is not received from MICROMAX, it may be received with in a two days ( 18/09/2009) and also they expressed the now the response is for Micromax Company Only.
Today(22/09/09) I called to service centre, till they are not received the software for my mobile and also they are not ready to give the Micromax company Email ID & Phone/Land line Numbers to me.
What they are doing with my mobile, who knows!!!!
I done blend mistake, impressed with mobile ad & Purchase o[censored]nknown company mobile.
I want prober solution from Micromax Company, whether they will solve my mobile problem!!!!!.
