Micromax - mobile in warranty period not repairing

I have Micromax x555 mobile purchased from Shriram Appliances, Dhule(Maharashtra)424001 on dated 5-5-09. since 2-3 days it is not working.Only incoming calls coming but I am unable to call because nothing come on display.
Our distributor sent me to repair it from somebody Chandu Mobile repairin centre.He opened the mobile and now refused to take it.He said that the display may be changed with cost of Rs.2000/-.How can I pay for this ? The mobile is in the warranty period and it is opened by the authorised centre only.

Hello, I have purchased this mobile "Micromax canvas HD A116"
having IMEI number 911304254713336 in 3rd week of september. initially
it seems the battery backup is average. But now it it so worst.from last
1-2 month for every 10 minute we are charging this and within 10-15 min
this shows charging 100% complete and just after 5-7 its discharge
completely and become switched off. this product was with one year
manufacturer warranty.
I have been trying to call you from last 10-15 days on your customer
care number. not a single time we are able to connect.I had tried to
reach your office reside in mayur vihar-I. but the team there are so
unprofessional useless for customer.
I can't amazing the situation of customer care of micromax on different end.So, Request you to please do the needful.
