I have submitted my mobile handset to them on 2nd of august and its 19th august and still they had not repaired my handset yet. Every time when i asked about my phone the only says we haven't receive the parts yet. And when i tries to call customer care it never get connect. i asked for DOA also on the 8th day after purchasing the handset nut they decline saying that time limit for DOA is over.
