Micromax Mobile Q75 — Not getting Replaced, Mobile dead in 3 days | |||
I purchases New Micromax Q75 mobile handset, on the very 3rd day of purchased the handset is switched off and never switched again. Checked with service centre in Delhi, they said take the replacement with new handset from the place it is purchased, i approched them, they are saying from the last 3 weeks not in stock. I am in Delhi on official project, trying hard to get the replacement in delhi, but all efforts are useless. Everytime a new excuse is given along with a time of 5-7 days . its almost a month now. I am facing lot of problem. Can i get the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased New Micromax Q75 mobile 15 Days back, but 2 days back(29/11/2010) it suddenly got switchoff. Now it is not working. So many times I restart this mobile but never start again.
Pls tell me wt to do.

I purchased New Micromax Q75 mobile 15 days back but on 29/11/2010 it suddenly got swithoff. After restart the scree will glow for few seconds & swithoff. Can anybody gude me.
