[Resolved] Micromax Mobile S3 — INTERNET, OPERA MINI NOT OPENING | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Please note the following, a) I have purchased Micromax, model-S3 mobile set on 23.09.2011 from Fast Information Network Pvt Ltd., Kolkata b) IMEI No of the mobile is [protected] [protected] . c) Since purchase phone was working fine for 6 months including internet surfing through Opera Mini. d) Since May-June 2012 Opera Mini Stopped working. E) Recently I have given this Mobile handset to "OPTIMAL SOLUTION (Authorised Service centre of MICROMAX)" on 23.06.2012. Please note since then YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IS UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE (Even after 15 days) & as per them "SOFTWARE UPDATE PENDING" (Refer attached documents for your necessary action). I feel software updation does not require 15 days time. SInce the problem have remain unresolved, Request kindly arrange for replacement of the mobile set as the problem is not being resolved . Even after 4 months the problem has not yet been resolved. I feel these people (your service representatives) are in capable to resolve such issues due to lack of training.
