[Resolved] Micromax Mobiles — delayed in after sales service | |||
hi, I am rahmath ali i got my micromax mobile a110 through online on 29 jan 2013 from univercell mobile store first of all i received this mobile after 7 days on 4 feb 2013 and i was happy to see my product but as soon as i opened the parcel and to my surprise it was defective piece my external memory card was not detecting after trying to contact two to three days finally i got ans from micromax support service to submit the mobile at authorised center at mobitech service hyderabad ,and i did the same and they told me i will get my mobile with in two days but by now its 10 days and they keep on saying it will take two more days my job sheet no is SALAP007R3838 and my complaint number is MMX[protected] SO I REQUEST the consumer forum to please help me getting my problem solve thanking you Was this information helpful? | |||
